Ceuta's New Urban Plan
Ceuta is a small North African city still belonging to Spain. Its
internal economy is really poor and its future is highly dependant on
the Spanish polititians' will. Thus, in order to survive independently
from Spain, Ceuta needs a new developing plan. Some of the proposals
would be the creation of new polarity points and transverse connectors,
the construction of a continuous walking trak along the shore and the
implementation of new green areas.
